SIZING

How does it fit?
CLUB pieces are relaxed to oversized — size down for a closer fit. HOURS pieces run true to size; the Hours Tank runs a little small, so size up if you're between. Every product page has THE FIT and a size table.

ORDERS

How long until it ships?
Everything is made to order in the US. Allow 2–5 business days for production, then 2–7 business days for delivery. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves.

Can I change or cancel?
Within 2 hours of ordering, yes — email us straight away with your order number. After that it's in production.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
United States, with free shipping on orders over $150. More countries are coming — join the list and you'll be first to know.

RETURNS

Can I return it?
Because every piece is made for you, we can't take returns for change of mind or size. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details in our Returns policy.

CARE

How do I wash it?
Cold, inside out. Hang to dry or tumble low. Don't iron the print.
