Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. More countries are coming.
How we make and ship your order
Every NEON SUN piece is made to order and produced in the United States, so it ships from close to you. Once you place an order it enters production before dispatch. Please allow for both production and shipping time.
Standard shipping
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Estimated total: 4–12 business days from order date
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Free US shipping on orders over $150.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
During drops and peak periods, production and delivery may take longer than usual. We recommend ordering early.
Missing or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@neonsun.co with your order number and we'll investigate with our production and delivery partners.
